Excessive drinking and smoking
Hello, I am looking for professional guidance and support regarding a substance use problem I am currently facing, which is affecting my life significantly. A few years ago, I used to smoke weed regularly as a way to cope with stress, social situations, and personal challenges. For some time, it felt like an effective way to relax and disconnect, but eventually, I realized it was negatively impacting my motivation, focus, and physical health. So, I made the conscious decision to quit using weed. However, after quitting weed, I started replacing it with alcohol and my cigarette consumption shot up to 20 - 30 cigarettes a day. I would want to get my life on track and get it fixed. Also, i can't sleep without sleeping pills/alcohol.
