How to quit Drinking,smoking and abusing

My younger brother use to drink.He drinks in 2-3days but smoke and eats tabaco everyday.We thought to send him in rehabilitation centre.But he was not ready.We were confused which is the best certified licenced centre or hospital in bhopal.And how can we admit our brother with out telling him anything?
