Hello, it's not for anemia, PROTEIN DIET so very healthy. Take beetroot spinach tomato crush take as purey or juice.add salt, SUGAR bhuna jeera according to your taste.ok.

Yes you can take it, protein /amino acids are also required for blood formation so it will definitely help you with anemia. You should also take iron and folic acid supplements for anemia.
