Hello Some medical conditions may interact with electrolyte powder packets,but its electrolyte given for dehydrated patients , you have to give it to restore electrolyte imbalance if person is dehydrated ,that's more important , you can give it in hypersensitive or diabetic patients ,as such there is no specific contraindication.
