Hello there.
I can understand your concern. .enerzest is just like glocon-d but better. .it serves to give energy and some other vital nutrients.
You can take for how ever long you want to.
If you are a diabetic then I would suggest you not to take.
If not, go ahead.
No side effects although I don't know what is your concept of side effects.
Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
