Smoking effect
I know smoking is harmful for health But it's my habit or I can say it's my need I smoke 5 to 6 cigarettes a day Can anyone tell me how to reduce effects of smoking plz

Hi...The benefits of quitting smoking are extraordinary. Once you're tobacco-free, your risks of heart disease, lung disease and cancer begin to drop even if you've been smoking for years...First and foremost you must understand quiting smoking is a very gradual process. You should have strong determination and patience if you want to quit....and medications can't be prescribed just like addition is a multi step procedure... you need to undergo counselling sessions to get motivated later on medications can be started... I would suggest you to consult nearest deaddiction center or psychiatrist they will do the needful.
