I wamt increase my height
Hi I'm 21yrs male.. My height is now 5.3 inches (162cm) I want to increase my height is there any possible increase my height in at the age of 21??

Hey generrally height is determined by parenrs and yr nurishment. But at the age of 21 you wont grow taller. But still dont loose hope. I need you to do a xray. So contact me directly for further assistance

After 18 chances are very less but u can try for that stretching exercises and brisk walk morning and evening and follow protein rich diet.

Hi It's very difficult to increase your height in 21 years. But you can try and do some exercise and take high protein diet and diet rich in few minerals . So I would recommend you to meet an expert for the same. And I would recommend you not to go for any medicine or supplements for height increase that as it may have harm effect in your body. Meet a Dietician/Nutritionist for personalized diet plan Eat healthy!! Stay Healthy !! As it's the body in which you have to live in!

Hi, Boys grow their height till 21 years of age. However good physical activity of an hour and a well balanced diet rich in calcium and proteins like Meat, Fish,poultry,milk and milk products will help.
