Yes you can increase your height. Take well balanced diet, include protein in every meal. Include sprouts, nuts and seeds, lentils, beans, dal, soya nuggets, paneer, milk in your meals. Take at least five fruits and vegetables in a day.
Play outdoor games. Do stretching exercises regularly.

Kindly mention your present height , age and gender because after a certain age , the height of a person stops growing.But still you can go for some yogasan like vriksh asana,Tadasana, postures like headstand etc which will not only benefit you by 1 or 2 inches but will also help you in improving your posture which will make you look taller. You should also have calcium and Vit D3 supplements in your daily diet plan. Try to have milk, paneer, cheese, proteins etc in your daily intake.
