I still feel like twisting and turning
When I was in class 10, i got an injury on my elbow ligament after falling while playing football. The doctor applied that POP thing for 28 days. After the removal of POP, i practiced some exercise but, my muscles from shoulder to wrist felt some sensation. I always felt like twisting and turing it, nothing has helped me till now, i have been to gym but that sensation never went. What is going on ? I also feel it more when the temperature in the surrounding drops. If it's cold, i feel it more. The sensation is somewhat like, if i leave my hands free, i feel it will move on it's own.

Probably there is some instability in the elbow. Get yourself checked by local Orthopaedic doctor. They may advise MRI.
