Dear Practo, Last Day i booked an appointment through Practo Video Consultation to Dr. Sanjay Jain. As usual I paid through Online. I paid already. Also deducted balance from my account. My consultation time was 6.10 pm today. But today I haven't received any call from Practo. My brother is in tensed. And when I checked in Practo app there the message shows Your Consultation is now over.
Please Help me or Refund My Balance.
