Migraine,headache these all condition related to pitta...And Gallbladder is called Pittashaya in Ayurveda....so there is problem in ur pitta...
U r taking cystone for kidney stone that works good but if u have any other problem like burning micturation and abdominal pain we have to work on that also....
Do u have constipation??
There are many other Questions are there which is necessary to diagnose properly and for complete Treatment...
