Hi Drinking Luke warm lemon water without sugar or honey or green tea ( no sugar no honey ) upon waking followed by a 45 mins brisk walk … Having green tea half an hour before to lunch may be helpful for some … Low consumption of refined white polished carbohydrates ( consume carbs mostly complex in nature) , moderate plant based proteins , low fat dairy ( low consumption of saturated fats , trans fats, hydrogenated vegetable oils etc..) Include more of unsaturated fats in your daily diets, high consumption of dietary fibre is recommended , consume small frequent meals with limited portion sizes and with in-between meal gaps for balanced metabolism.. Drinking plenty of water around 2 to 3 litres per day or around 9 to 12 glasses of water / day , exposure to sun, inclusion of foods high in omega 3 and 6 essential fatty acids , healthy active lifestyle ( no to sedentary kind of lifestyle) , once office hours are over you can do some exercises, stretching, warm up exercises, bodily movements, aerobics, yoga asanas with surya namaskarams , cycling, cardio, brisk walking on threadmill or outside , taking steps, skipping etc are very helpful in lowering the excess weight gradually… Exercises or yoga to be done both morning and evening without fail … In the morning prior to starting office work you can do half amount of exercises for about 45 mins to 1 hour and then later in the evening after office hours you can finish / complete the remaining part of the exercises without fail… This way you can be physically be active daily … Note : consistency is the key . Performing activities daily is a must without fail…is very much essential.. So daily workouts 24 / 7 , 365 days are must without fail … First start slowly with 15 mins and then slowly increase the dose to 30 mins after 2 or 3 days and then so on…

Well balanced home based diet, high fiber diet, early dinner by 7 pm, regular timings to meals, chew food well, eat slowly if possible, have some leisure time for food , broken wheat Upma with lots of vegetables for night’s dinner daily, unpolished brown rice , dal with 1 tsp home made desi cow ghee, seasonal vegetables sabji, rams or sambar with lots of vegetables, buttermilk for lunch or dinner.. To include lots of seasonal fruits and vegetables, dark leafy greens, whole grain cereals, lentils, legumes, millets, low fat dairy milk, or slim milk, buttermilk , lemon water, green tea, black coffee or tea.., Note : No curds, No outside food, not sleeping immediately after any meal, no to ready to eat instant foods, no processed and packaged foods, no takeaways etc… Stop sugar and honey completely… No to sugar free tablets… Very limited consumption of jaggery only when required… Please contact me through Practo for any further doubts relating weight loss journey… Thankyou

U have to have a planned diet with some physical activities. Eat plenty of vegetables greengram sprouts and fruits everyday. Mixed millets are the best substitute for rice and wheat. Ginger garlic,coriander,methi,pepper,jeera,cinnamon,jaggery are the best for for daily use toake ur food tastier and healthy. Low fat milk,buttermilk ghee are to be intaken everyday for good health. Papaya,apples,Citrus fruits  berriesare for daily use. Drink enough water. Sleep leisurely for atleast six hrs at night. Physical activities as yoga,walking,exercise playing sports are necessary everyday for two hrs for fitness.

Weight gain or  loss happens because of   lack of physical activity, change in your food consumption pattern  , stress hormonal disturbance etc.
