Why my mind always demand sleep i am always tired my muscles always pains i can't concentrate on my studying I always forget what i have studied why I always have confusion when i close my eyes i feel relax
I can't sleep properly at night i am always depressed and feel alone I quickly get angry for small reasons what is this illness

Ur symptoms indicates towards depression or mood disorder.
Inthis disease our Unconscious mind always works or thinks,it never stops , so we feel drowsy ,tired , exhausted, sleeplessness , angry , irritated etc.
Consult Psychologist or me online or Off line immediately and take proper Mental Health Management.
Do not delay , it grows everyday.May be medicinal help needed but psychological help is must Start asap.
Causes of such situation , ur daily life, personal life history etc is also very much necessary.
