Hello It seems that you have been helped from medications. First step towards the management is to make sure that does of medications that you are taking is good enough. If not, it has to be optimised. Second step is to augment medications with psychotherapy.

Hi It sounds like you’ve become hyper-aware of your own thoughts, almost as if your mind is watching itself too closely. This self-monitoring can create a cycle where the more you notice your thoughts, the more anxious and unsettled you feel about them. It’s actually a common phase seen in recovery from anxiety or depression when your mind starts to regain clarity, it sometimes becomes too alert to its own processes. Try grounding yourself back into the present moment instead of analyzing every thought. Gentle mindfulness not judgmental observation can help you view thoughts as passing clouds, not threats. Discuss this heightened awareness with your psychiatrist too; minor medication adjustments or therapy can ease it. You’re recovering, not regressing your mind is just recalibrating after distress. Take therapy. You can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five.
