I m very thin
I m very thin and i m having stomach problem from last few days not having peoper metabolism.and i m having pcod too. I m becoming thin and thin.

Take high protein diet. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely to get rid of stomach problem.take jaggery and saunf after lunch and dinner for better digestion.
