I'm having mild pain in my thigh/groin
I had a strain in my quad a month ago during my cross country season. And after that healed. I started to run again but it was the same. After the season ended I took 2 weeks off before I started up my training again. But now I'm getting this really annoying and discomforting pain in my upper thigh and groin area and some in my quad but most in my groin. And I did a bunch of stretches and exercises for my hips glutes and quads but it's still there. Can I keep running or stop? What should I do???
