Groin pain
Dear sir I have been suffering from groin pain both the side since April month.i have consulted urologist he suggested me ct scan but nothing was found it ct scan.even ultrasound of scrtom is normal.than I have consulted with pain management dr she check my symptom and told me I m suffering from.gentiformal neurolgia.she told me about the process of ultra sound guided injection method.i want to know that is there any treatment is physiotherapy.i have mild tinkling pain both the side.feel difficult in bending.

Groin pain could be due to inner thigh muscles injury. Since it's been long time you should rule out the cause for your pain. You should do MRI for Adductors both sides. Depending on the grade of injury the Physiotherapy management and duration varies.

You have in all probability adductor tightness, tight muscles of the inner side of the upper thigh. Whenever you do an activity that produces stretch on those muscles you will get pain.
