Strain in groin area
I play cricket on weekends and am a bowler but from past month am facing pain in joints near groin area might be some strain, which makes me remain in pain while walking running activities Please help

First of all 3 days bedrest is very essential for U. Start applying ice for a week from 1st day. Best way is use 10 pieces of ice in polythene. Keep it on thigh pain point for 3-4 minutes, thrice. Get adhesive Crepe bandage from Chemist & apply 3" inch piece of it on thigh pain point for 4 days. Cupping, Dry Needling, Ultrasonic , Tens will be very effective. Avoid heat. All treatment for 15 days. Physiotherapy twice daily for 1st five days.
