Hi. I hope the dentist had done thorough clinical investigation of the trauma site. Which injection was given? You need to visit a dentist again: 1) To rule out any other injury except for the loss of tooth, 2) For clinical and x-ray evaluation, 3) To consider for replacement of the lost tooth as those were permanent tooth and no other tooth will erupt in that place.
Next Steps
Visit a Dentist and get evaluated at the earliest.
Health Tips
Replacement of the lost tooth is must. Take care.
