Hi u need High calorie diet by high carbohydrate enriched with good quality protien. max cereals, whole wheat, all grains,multi grains ,along with protien like organic through fish eggs, chicken etc. pulses, legumes, soya,nuts,nuterela. mushroom, flaxseeds are helpful. most importantly u add plenty if dairy foods Ike milk or same quantity chana, paneer yogurts,, cheese,. plenty of vegetables, all fruits like banana, salad, soupy products are help ful as appetizers. sleep 8 hrs but no stress.
