There is an abscess. Kindly take a digital x ray of that tooth region. There are chances of interdental caries. You may have to Root canal treatment or extraction depending on x ray.
There's abscess associated with ur lower rt 2 nd premolar .u need an x ray to rule out wheter its due to caries or a periodontal infection. Hey. As I can notice that you have an abcess associated with your premolar area, I would request you to kindly get a X-ray done as soon as you can else this may lead to further complications. There could be two reasons for the abcess formation which could either be due to a carious involvement reaching all the way down to your root end causing an infection or a periodontal infection. Deep cleaning only may not be the solution. Kindly get a X ray done. This may require urgent root canal treatment. If possible please upload your x ray here.
Next Steps
Get a X-ray done and initiate the essential treatment procedure
Health Tips
Warm saline rinses until treatment is initiated. Urgent intervention to be taken.
