I have shoulder and wrist pain it looks to be biceps tendonitis, I am a software professional I got recently backpain also what to do you suggest for deit and exercise for good bone height?

High protein with milk and nuts are good for bone and muscle health.. For biceps tendonitis, avoid exercise till pain relief.. Apply local powergesic gel..

Shoulder pain can be due to biceps tendinitis but wrist pain is very unlikely due to this reason.. You should watch your posture issues being software professional and do some basic exercises for back pain.. Milk and calcium rich foods with cycling/ jogging can be good for bones.
