I have problem of babble
I am chewing tobacco(gutka) From more than 10 years. For the reason of chewing tobacco I am problem of Mispronunciation. I am not able to pronounce words properly. I feel I have problem of babble (baby talk or lisp). Please tell me treatment of problems

Lisp is usually  comes if there is space inbetween upper front teeth.. n tabacco chewing causes less opening of her mouth ..

While tobacco chewing is defiantly a sin, speech problems due to it are unknown.  Consult a qualified dental surgeon at the earliest.
