I am suffering from pcos from last 8 months . i need diet plan .
and i want to get out of this problem.
i need to know what i should eat .
and i am vegetarian ...

Hello..... You should have mentioned your weight.. Weight reduction helps in control of pcos... You have to take medicine prescribed by doctor... Have more of fruits and vegetables, avoid oily foods and junk food items ,yoga aerobic exercises reduces increases peripheral glucose absorbtion.. So do it daily..
