I have PCOD, acidity problem, headache
I've been going to the gym since past 3 months but I'm gaining weight n loosing inches. I've stopped eating rice. Started having hot water but nothing seems to workout. I look quiet shrunken due to my inches loss but what about weight. My maximum fat is on my lower body. What to do?
