I have muscle strain in my biceps.
Muscle strain in my right hand biceps. Pain from 3 days. Unable to stretch my hands completely. I applied ice pack today so feeling a bit relieved. Can you suggest what to do?

What was the cause of muscke strain, were you doing any kind of physical activity or had a fall or something else. As treatment is based on the history of patient. Not just telling by your symptoms of pain.

But offcourse continue doing icing at that area 3-4 times a day for 10-15 min. And without telling your full history, don't do stretches.

Keep hot water and ice alternatively and don't stretch your hand will help you to reduce the pain it's minimal of 3 days.
