hi Please get professional cleaning and polishing done.Try warm salt water rinsing three times daily for about a week.You can also take  Tablet AtoZ (multivitamin)daily once for about a month .

Hi, you need cleaning of of your gums along with teeth as there is inflammation due to food impaction or calculus...please visit clinic for treatment as soon as possible.
