I have high triglycerides,taking medicin
53yrs, female.my TSH and T4 is normal but T3 is below.40. Lab test done in CMIA method.so,how can I get normal T3?

If your TSH is normal, then you usually do not need to increase your T3. T3 can also be low because of malnutrition and medication side effects.
