I have heel pain which is bad.
I want to know how to loose weight with proper diet and exercise.since I have heel pain that is obstructing my movements to a great extent.i would like to know how to loose weight which will help my heel problem also.can you suggest what I can do regarding diet.i really need your advice so that I know how to go about it.

Hi The heel pain is a barrier to care in your case and limits your ability to exercise I suggest you engage in exercises that will take the pressure of the heel and see a doctor to treat the pain
