I have got dengue 2nd time
I got dengue second time.Just a month ago I was was dengue positive and today I have again got it positive.I have high fever and body ache what to do.

Second dengue is always more severe than 1st one..
Hence in view of high fever..take medications in form of injection so tat it helps in reducing the infection at a faster rate..
Post tat u can take oral medication and can guide u for the same..
