I have cervical spondolitis
I have cervical spomdolytis amd loss of cervical lordosis. So i have constant pain in back neck and side so i keep cracking my neck and moving it both sides to relief pain. Is is bad to do this?

You are too young to develop cervical. Use proper posture and regular exercises.
