I have bleeding gum and excessive cavity
Whenever I brush my teeth me gums start bleeding.Moreover there is swelling in my gums since a long time.

The swelling of Gums is called Gingivitis. Gingivitis causes bleeding. Which is probably due to poor oral hygiene, accumulation of plaque and calculus. Consult a dentist for Scaling and Polishing.
