Please dont get angry. In Fistula problem; pain happens only when there is swelling due to accumulation of pus. Once it bursts and pus discharges out; pain subsides. This cycle keeps on.
Usually surgery is advised for this problem. But it is not a good choice for the reason of recurrence of problem after surgery and other complications like stool incontinence (inability to hold stool) etc. However this problem can be completely treated by Graded Ksharsutra Treatment.
