I have an accident
I have an accident month back in which my leg , back and hand get injured . Due to which i was on leave from my job for 1 month because of pain in my back and shoulder . i am government teacher
i need a medical certificate for my 1 month leave as i have done my dressing own my own i dont have prescription from doctor
