Please visit a dentist and get an X-ray done. Such pain indicates severe infection. After clinical examination, it can be evaluated if you need root canal or extraction.

If your teeth are having deep cavity reaching the pulp which is diagnosed by taking an x-ray then RCT is done in that tooth, but if the wisdom tooth is affected then it's advised to get that removed.
