Hi doctor,
I have undergone 24 hrs urine test and found protien of 184mg per day , I have uncontrolled diabetes from last 9 months and not taking any medicine for diabetic,what to do pls suggest, is it serious

It's pretty serious, being diabetic type 1 not considering the Pharmacological treatment to prevent total kindly damage.24 hours urinary protein presence is indication that already is affected.
