Hello, that is indeed an intriguing question. A simple answer would be that human body is amazing that’s why!! A medical answer would be that the body has a lot of defence mechanism for multiple challenges it faces everyday. So someday if its hot and dry and you’ve lost a lot of sweat and have been unable to consume adequate water, the body will try to conserve it the best and reduce the urine volume. On the other hand if life’s not that tough and you’ve had a little extra fluid intake for the day which was not necessarily required, the body will choose to eliminate it physiologically and keep the body environments in a constant state for best level functioning. Hopefully that quenches your thirst.

Urine output depends on several factors like, your kidney condition ( filtering capacity which is measured as GFR) , plasma volume( which fluctuates as per water intake, electrolyte concentration -Na in particular) , blood pressure, plasma protein concentration, hormonal factors like Angiotensin, Prostaglandins, Vasopressin, Aldosterone, renin etc. All act in symphony to produce a final urine output.
Next Steps
You should take at least 2-3 litres of water daily so that your urine colour remains white. It may increase depending on weather conditions for eg. temperature, humidity etc
Health Tips
Any discomfort during micturition, change in colour(red, deep brown, orange) , or foul smell should warrant a doctor consultation and further work up.

Patient's detailed medical history is required. It is recommended to consult a doctor professional through the Practo app or visit a local medical facility for a thorough evaluation. Please keep in mind that detailed medical history is crucial for proper diagnosis and treatment.
