I have a heel spur in left foot.
Cold compress helps. Hot water doesn't. Cannot walk properly. Diagnosed 2 months back. Anti inflammatory medicine gives little relief.

If anti inflammatory medication is not giving relief do Physiotherapy along with it If the pain still does not subside consider getting a local injection which will help with the pain You can continue ice packs

A heel spur is usually an incidental finding. If conservative management with physiotherapy and medications have failed. You can get an injection at the site to reduce pain.
