This all are feature of depression and anxiety.It needs counselling and therapy.

1.Try to avoid too much social media. 2.share ur thoughts with ur parents or good friend 3 take proper food regularly. 4.keep faith in yourself,morning walk or yoga regularly. 5.Take help of counsellor like us to discuss ur problem and to get a solve.

Proper diagnosis is needed by a psychologist as depression and anxiety go hand in hand. As insomnia is more of anxiety related disorder and feeling low is depression. See a therapist that works on all three beliefs of negative view about self others and future. The hopelessness needs to be targeted first
