I dont have any depression type of a things. No health issues bt still i can't sleep at night. I'll do so many things for sleep bt that doesn't work. I woke up early in the morning going to mrng walk even i can walk in the evening too. Please tell me what can i do for proper sleep. Thank you.

1. First of all , don't worry no one is eager to diagnose you depression.
2. Secondly ,sleep disorder are not necessarily the sign of depression.
3.Thirdly, even if it is a start of depression ,it will be not genuine to make judgement without any discussion wid particularly , Psychiatrist.
4. Sleep disturbances are due to many reasons , commonly
- Altered circadian rhythm.
- Hormones imbalance.
- Medicines induced.
- Bodily problem.
- Substance induced.
- Primary insomnia.
- Many more.

Follow" sleep hygeine "
* Morning exercise is must.
* Avoid afternoon nap.
* Avoid heavy meal or fluid at night.
* Take dinner 2 hrs before sleep.
* Avoid consumption of tea ,coffe smoke at night.
* Bed must be solely used for Sleeping, no other activities
must be allowed over bed.
* Room must be dark, cool & calm.
