Mam it's very unusual to have depression and you to be fresh without sleep, and want to do something all the time. What is your primary problem? Depression or sleep? Have a consultation online, to decide what to do further.

Hello miss Good morning. I read ur problem and tried to empathize with ur concern. Before assuming youself DEPRESSED , you must reconsider its possibilities. Depression is a not a good illness at all, The diagnosis of depression needs detailed history, talk , discuss , evaluation and examination of ur existing symptoms, past history , family history , personal history and Mental state examination , Depending upon these information an appropriate scale or tools will be applied to assess the severity of ur condition. Thus labelling oneself with depression without consulting any Psychiatrist is grave mistake, bcos this feeling will unnecessarily haunt you and confuse you more. Sleep disturbances is due to many reasons ,some common one I will enumerate for you. 1. Any body illness , lungs problem, heart problems cause sleep disturbances 2. Psychiatric illness ( Anxiety spectrum disorders, Mood disorders, adjustment. Disorders, substance abuse disorder and many more cause sleep disturbances.) 3. Normal circadian rhythm ,if altered due to late night duty or habbits or activities gradually cause sleep disturbances. 4. Endocrine glands disorders. 5. Medicines or substance use or abuse cause sleep disturbances. 6. Primary insomnia with no cause is also a potent reason. 7. And many more .
Next Steps
* Consult a Psychiatrist or Neuropsychiatrist of ur choice and discuss the ur thought , Mood, emotions, behaviour, personality, psychosocial stressors, habbits in detail and allow Psychiatrist to perform MENTAL state examination over you . All these steps will give a clear picture of ur condition. * Depending upon ur diagnosis, Medicines or therapies or both can be initiated .
Health Tips
* Pls don't google any of ur symptoms on internet as in Psychiatry many symptoms of different illness overlap each other. Google information are vague and wrong . it will misguide you and scare u more. * Don't start any Sleeping pills on ur own without supervision and consultation of only and particularly a, Psychiatrist. * Do meditation in morning for 20 mins. * Follow few step daily " sleep hygeine "     - Early morning excercise is must.     - Afternoon sleep is avoided.     - Eat light food at night.     - Dinner must be 2 hrs before sleep.     - Avoid Tea, caffeine, nicotine, alcohol at       night.     - Bed must be solely used for Sleeping.     - Room must be dark cool calm.     - Avoid excessive use of fluids before sleep. * Take a balanced diet. * Take care.            ** Have a safe & peaceful day **
