My problem is i'm very thin but I want to become a healthy person which help me fight from illnesses. So what can I do for getting a healthy and fit body. My hight is 5'6" and my weight is 45 kg so how can I gain my weight? please give me advice for that. Thank you.

Take high protein diet and balanced nutrition and do exercises. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods junkfoods etc fatty food's.
Drink water 16glasses daily
