Hello, Losing weight continuously can be due to a lot of reasons. Suggestion is to get checked for any underlying medical condition. -Exercise daily for an hour -Include protein in your diet (taking protein rich foods post workout helps in muscle building) -Increase fiber in your diet -Include fruits and vegetables in your diet (2-3 serving) -Water intake of atleast 3L per day -Add healthy fat like nuts to your diet. -Avoid/Exclude fried, sugary and junk food -Eat a balanced and healthy diet -Do not skip breakfast as 40% of days energy is from breakfast NOTE: The above mentioned practices can change according to a specific medical condition.

You idea weight can be determined by your height. So without that information it is hard to tell how much your weight should actually be. If you are trying to gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you spend. Generally, taking high calorie but healthy foods like nuts, eggs, milk, cheese, curd etc will help you gain weight, but slowly. Eat at least a handful of nuts everyday. Drink 500 ml of milk and eat 500 ml of curd everyday. Apart from that, you can eat two eggs a day and 100 grams of chicken or fish at least 3-4 times a week. Along with good diet, also include a workout for about 30 minutes a day. This helps in absorption of all the nutrients from the food you take. One more impossible aspect is getting good rest and sleep. You need to sleep for about 7-8 hours every night. Please contact if you would like a personalized diet plan.
