I am suffering from allergic rhinitis
I am suffering from allergic rhinitis since 20 yrs or since childhood , undergone FESS in 2011. I was prescribed metaspray + Montec FX. Another specialist suggested, it is not advisable to use nasal spray for so long. If I don't use at least one of those two medicines, severe allergy symptoms recur, lot of mucus continously drain into throat. At least, occasionally I need to apply Metaspray to control symptoms. What could be best optimum treatment for this, kindly suggest. Regards.

Its advised to get a allergy skin prick test to know your allergies and allergen immunotherapy may be started for cure of these allergies.
