I am so thin
I have weight of 53kg. I eat two parathas everyday and drink one glass of milk. But my weight can't increase. In the mid day I eat enough food. And I also play volleyball for physical fitness. What should I do to increase my weight.

Start exercise and walk early morning and evening for increasing appetite. Add high calorie diet. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet. According to time take ur meal.
