Take Tab.Zolpidem 10mg. You'll sleep well and then you should feel better. More questions need to be asked though- do you drink/smoke/do other drugs?
Next Steps
Please consult a psychiatrist online or in person

Hello practo user I can understand the distress you are facing due to not sleeping properly.  It seems that you are going through some stressful situation which is impacting all this . You can try practice deep breathing and meditation which will help clear the mind of negative thoughts and stress.  Practice sleep hygiene techniques- warm shower before bed, warm milk or a relaxing tea before sleeping, avoid watching tv or laptop in the evening , limit your phone time as well , avoid having a heavy dinner . It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for better understanding of your case and formulation of a treatment plan through regular psychotherapy sessions.  You can also reach out to me through the practo app for any further help or guidance.
Next Steps

It may and probably will in case you take it for more than few months (limit preferably 1 to 3 months) as it is a depressant in the long run.

Hi Please practice sleep hygiene, take timely diet, avoid caffeinated drinks, avoid late night dinners, there should be gap of 3 hour between dinner and going to bed, drink warm water or warm milk, switch of lights, don't watch TV while on bed. Just go to bed when you feel like sleeping. Do some regular exercise.
