Thank you for sharing. What you are experiencing can happen when you are studying under constant pressure and doing something you don’t feel connected to.
Try not to look at the entire course as one big task. Take one small step at a time.
* Divide your syllabus into very small, manageable tasks.
* Start with just 20–30 minutes of study, followed by a short break.
* Set one achievable target rather than thinking, “I have to finish everything.”
* Notice which subjects/topics feel easier and begin there to build momentum.
* Most importantly, try to change the mindset from “I don’t like this, so I can’t understand it” to “I may not enjoy this, but I can learn it one step at a time.”
When we approach a task with strong resistance and fear, concentration can become much more difficult. Be patient with yourself rather than criticising yourself.
If the nausea, shaking, breathing difficulty, crying spells, exhaustion, or withdrawal from others are frequent or interfering significantly with your daily life, please consider speaking with a psychologist/counsellor for a proper assessment and support.

Your body is sending you red flags, and it's so brave of you to type this out. Think of it like trying to drive a car with the handbrake on—you're pushing the gas (the pressure to study), but your body is screaming to stop because the car isn't built for this path.
The nausea, shaking, and exhaustion aren't weakness; they are proof that you need to reclaim your life. You don't owe anyone your sanity. Please don't fight this alone. Book a session with a therapist on Practo right now. They will help you safely unpack the heavy backpack your father placed on you and help you find the strength to set boundaries. You are 23; you deserve to choose your own road. Seek the help you deserve.
This may not be my usual therapeutic approach, but I'd like to say something to you simply as a fellow human being:
don't let other people decide what your life should be.
It sounds like your body may be expressing just how helpless and controlled you feel in this situation. Perhaps there is something worth exploring about why it feels so difficult to stand up to others when they are making decisions about your life.
What has the dynamic between you and your father been like? How have you learned to relate to authority, control, and your own needs?
Part of the answer may indeed be psychological, understanding the patterns and relationships that may have made it difficult for you to assert yourself or choose differently.
But another part is practical and personal: understanding what rights and choices you have, recognising what you need, and developing the courage and authenticity to live life on your own terms.
You deserve the opportunity to make choices about your own life, so that you don't remain stuck in a course,or a life,
that isn't truly yours

It might be performance anxiety, which you have to constantly work upon with the help of mental health professionals. Take balanced diet as good nutritious food can recharge you and improve your immune system. Break the challenging topics or chapters into smaller parts and gradually move from easy to difficulty level. If you are struggling even after this hire a tutor. Remember you have to plan what you are going to finish and try to finish it with the extended deadline. Also remember the marks you score doesn’t prove your self worth. Get into action mode that is resetting yourself, taking care of your health, working hard and get into action by studying loudly, going to a library and reading and writing keywords step by step, All the best to you , Take care.
The constant pressure and lack of connection with the course seem to be leaving you overwhelmed and exhausted. It may help to explore what you truly want rather than putting more pressure on yourself
