I am having spotting
I was facing reduced period issue ( earlier it was 6 days now its only 2 days,) but this month I am having spotting only on the day of my period and it's been two days since spotting but no normal period. Also too much hair fall started suddenly.

The cause behind scanty menstrual flow can be hormonal imbalance,thyroid, stress, low hemoglobin etc..need detailed history to evualate. You can start with shatavari 1 tab twice and ashokaristha 4tsp with equal water twice after food.

Reduced flow during cycles could be due to general malnutrition,or hormonal insufficiency that reduces your endometrial thickness,or due to some conditions like Tuberculosis. Please share your Ultrasound Pelvis Scan and do the consultation for a proper assessment and treatment suggestion.
