My period cycle is 31 day always.this month it came 1wk before.is it normal.flow is normal.what is the normal period cycle

According to Ayurveda if it's for first time it's fine but you need to observe  date ,and symptoms closely If there is heavy bleeding with cramps you need to consult a doctor Some times it happens due to hormonal imbalance Stress It has been observed that generally change on cycle happens after marriage If you arearried recently then it's absolutely fine but you meet to observe date and symptoms as I said earlier
