I am feeling low and need a break
I am feeling very low...and i am feeling untolerable for last 6months.i am always blaming me for my choice,decitions amf feeling really choked when i see that my age is running so fast but i cannot do such things what my aged girls naturally do.i feel strong physical need also...there is nobody with whom i can talk...i feel suffocated and cornered.please help me ...

You're 25. Not old, age is not running anywhere. What decisions do you feel guilty about? There are a lot of cognitive distortions. Please do consult a psychiatrist, it will surely help.

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counselings the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.

Dear Mam May be ur feeling lonely and desparate. May be you have some black dog ( depression) symptoms. The Balck dog trying to push you down and taking your appetite away. Making you feel sad lonely hopeless and helpless. It time to chase out this dog from you. Let's start Exercise and yoga 30 mins a day blindly. See this dog can't stop you from ur goal and it will look smaller and smaller day by day.
